RETURN FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT: Please contact Casa Karma Décor via firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your item or prior to leaving an item review.
REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT: Please contact Casa Karma Décor if item damaged during transit. Buyer shall carefully inspect delivered item(s) upon delivery and buyer shall contact Casa Karma Décor within 3 days of receipt of items damaged during transit. Buyer shall retain all packing contents, shipping box and damaged merchandise. Please submit several photos of damaged merchandise, photos of damaged shipping box, and photo of shipping materials.
Buyer shall contact Casa Karma Décor with return instructions prior to returning item(s). *Returned items must be returned, in original condition, within 7 days from initial seller discussion regarding return instructions. Please note that buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, except in case of damage.
Damaged items, all packing contents, and shipping box MUST be retained by buyer. Buyer shall retain, and make available for possible inspection by original shipping company, all packing contents, shipping box, and damaged merchandise for item damage inspection by original shipper/original carrier. Casa Karma Decor will provide return instructions for return of items damaged during transit, if applicable.
Items damaged during transit, will be considered after submitting multiple item photo(s) of damaged item(s) to Casa Karma Décor at casakarmadecor [!at] gmail.com
Buyer is responsible for returning items in original and unaltered condition as photographed/listed in Etsy listing. Buyer shall be responsible for insurance loss claims if returned item is damaged during return transit to Casa Karma Decor.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please send email to email@example.com if you need to cancel your transaction. Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
