Items usually ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail to the lower 48 US states within USA. All orders include shipping insurance and tracking number. Shipping to Alaksa, Hawaii and Puerto Rico varies based on final destination zip code; buyer shall pay full shipping cost.

International Shipping: Please send your postal code if inquiring about International Shipping.

SHIPPING METHOD: USPS, FedEx, UPS, Greyhound Package Express (GPX).

SHIPPING OF BULKY/OVERSIZED ITEMS: All items ship with insurance and tracking information.

CHICAGO/LOCAL SHIPPING: Local Chicagoland customers are welcome to pick up their items at a mutually agreed upon delivery date/time/location.

CHICAGO/LOCAL DELIVERY: Items can be delivered within a 30-mile radius of Chicago, for a delivery fee. Please ask! Local delivery will be made at a mutually agreed upon delivery date/time.

GREYHOUND SHIPPING: Greyhound Package Express (GPX) is economical shipping for large, bulky items. Bus terminal to bus terminal shipping; your item will travel aboard Greyhound Bus as cargo. Buyers are responsible for picking up their items at GPX within 3 business days upon item arrival at GPX final destination. GPX will contact recipient, via phone, upon item arrival. GPX requires that items are picked up within 3 business days of items' arrival. Please provide your phone number. GPX loss claims are responsibility of buyer. CASA KARMA DECOR will assist buyer's file GPX damage claim or GPX loss claim. GPX requires an inspection of damaged item, visual inspection of original shipping box, and inspection of shipping box materials/contents. Buyer shall be responsible for retaining all required materials per GPX policy.

FREIGHT SHIPPING/TRUCK SHIPPING FOR OVERSIZED/BULKY ITEMS: CASA KARMA DÉCOR will work with you to coordinate truck freight shipping. Truck freight shipping is door to door shipping in a privately owned truck.

COMBINED SHIPPING: Always glad to combine multiple items in one shipping box to keep your shipping prices lower.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Casa Karma Décor provides accurate item descriptions, item photos and item dimensions. Please ask questions, refer to photos, and read shop policies. Items and gifts may not be returned; please read entire listing including item measurements prior to completing your purchase. All sales final.

RETURN FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT: Please contact Casa Karma Décor via prior to returning your item or prior to leaving an item review.

REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT: Please contact Casa Karma Décor if item damaged during transit. Buyer shall carefully inspect delivered item(s) upon delivery and buyer shall contact Casa Karma Décor within 3 days of receipt of items damaged during transit. Buyer shall retain all packing contents, shipping box and damaged merchandise. Please submit several photos of damaged merchandise, photos of damaged shipping box, and photo of shipping materials.

Buyer shall contact Casa Karma Décor with return instructions prior to returning item(s). *Returned items must be returned, in original condition, within 7 days from initial seller discussion regarding return instructions. Please note that buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, except in case of damage.

Damaged items, all packing contents, and shipping box MUST be retained by buyer. Buyer shall retain, and make available for possible inspection by original shipping company, all packing contents, shipping box, and damaged merchandise for item damage inspection by original shipper/original carrier. Casa Karma Decor will provide return instructions for return of items damaged during transit, if applicable.

Items damaged during transit, will be considered after submitting multiple item photo(s) of damaged item(s) to Casa Karma Décor at casakarmadecor [!at]

Buyer is responsible for returning items in original and unaltered condition as photographed/listed in Etsy listing. Buyer shall be responsible for insurance loss claims if returned item is damaged during return transit to Casa Karma Decor.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please send email to if you need to cancel your transaction. Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
